Well I hope you will continue to post from the real Land of the Free - Scotland!

And I'm glad my country is welcoming American refugees and orientation asylum seekers with open arms.

Oh by the way you haven't won yet and you never will till you take off those blinders you wear and look at the world as it is not the way you would like it.
Actually the blinders are worn by your side - the ones who ignore people whose arguments they cannot handle and prefer to exist in denial.

(BTW in Britain we call blinders "blinkers")

We are on the right planet, SF.
Part of our mission here is to help make this one more tolerant.

The only people who truly appreciate what they have are those that had to work for it. And I appreciate every tiny step we have taken forward because of how hard we have worked to get here.

Hang in there, SF. It won't be easy, but we will get there eventually.

The thing is "I" don't have blinders on.I have lived several sides of this. From the devoted daugther (took care of my mom for 15 yrs before she died) housewife and mother, divorced working 2 jobs mother, civil rights marcher, church goer, cross country truck driver, lol and a lot of others in between.I have lived and experenced more in my 57 yrs than you will live if you become 100. You never know what another person fills till you walk in there shoes for a while and I have walked in quite a few pairs of shoes in my time.I don't cut you down for being religious. I tried it. Just wasn't for me.I believe in God/Creator, I just don't believe in religion, which was man made.I don't tell you that you have a behavior abnormality. Just becouse religion has been excepted for 100's of years doesn't make it normal to everyone. In fact if you put a 100 people in a room at least half would say the others there were not normal, but it would only be maybe 15 of the 100 people that would make a big deal of it and try to change the others. Most people just say whatever floats your boat.
Its that 15 that makes it so hard for the other 85.Most people just want to live there lives the way they want and fill is best for them, with the RIGHT to do it.They don't want to be called abnormal becouse of it. They also want the same rights and respect that ever human should be given.
Yes there are evil people in this world.People who hurt children, animals, and other people.Except for those people everyone elce no matter what there beliefs will think they are abnormal and should have no rights. You are not an evil person, nor am I.What I can't seam to understand is just becouse you are religious I don't fill you shouldn't have the right to say so,or have the rights that everyone elce in the US has.Why do you fill that becouse I am gay that I shouldn't have the same rights? Before you say I have the same rights remember all the other posts we have written to eachother.Do you truly fill in your heart that I have the same rights????

TY forester...........I have had to work all my life for what I have and don't think I will be (retireing) anytime soon.lol........I truly apperciate the country that opened its arms to me even though I am (gay)The freedom here boggles my mind.Expectly when I go back (home) for a while and see what others go through. It opens my eyes even more to fight so that my US friends can have what I have been blessed with, and maybe one day I can come home.I hope that before I die I can help make it happen. I know that I am free only becouse I happen to fall in love with someone that lives in a country that believes in equal rights for all.

But any study of the normal human skeleton compared to a person with dwarfism will show you that a dwarf isn't the way humans were designed to develop. The same with homosexuality. Scientists have pretty much decided chances are it's not genetic, so when they find out what error causes people to have defective sexual urges, we are halfway to the cure.
If it all boils down to it we ALL make up "norms" for the way we live.

Dwarfism IS genetic.......Watch....Little People Big World
So your saying homosexuality is as well.
Most dwarfs have no problem with who they are as do homosexuals. Its the "NORMAL" people that have the problems.
Bet you would have a problem if a dwarf couldn't get health inc.on there partner or the gov wouldn't let them bring there partner into the US or you heard that a someone who had a dwarf partner died without there partner by there side becouse the family didn't approve of there relationship with a dwarf

Who cares about love, acceptance, and understanding? These are all things that "girly men" are concerned with. Money and beer are what's really important in life.

Making up "norm" is exactly what I was talking about. Homosexuality, dwarfism, nor renal failure are not "norms" for humans.

Dwarfism IS genetic.......Watch....Little People Big World

I love that show. But it's a genetic disorder. It was actually what I was thinking of when I thought of that sentence.
PrimordialDwarfism.com

So your saying homosexuality is as well.

I'm not saying it's genetic. I'm saying homosexuality is a disorder.

Most dwarfs have no problem with who they are as do homosexuals. Its the "NORMAL" people that have the problems.

NAMBLA shows where any disorder can claim "comfort" with themselves and want others to feel the same.

Why would that be the case though. Why shouldn't a heterosexual dwarf have the urge to find a partner? Every living thing has the urge to partner. It's just that some living thing have the urge to partner with people or things that make no natural/human/physiologic sense. Why should a human conclude that people compelled to act out homosexually are any more "normal" that the more physical disorder of dwarfism.

The two emerged from the meeting to appear for a camera opportunity with Bush praising Museveni for his push to lower the AIDS rate in the African nation by emphasizing abstinence until marriage. "
I got this far and then my expletive scared the dog. How can this country sink so low as to elect someone so STUPID not only once, but twice?
