I think that imagination of yours that has you shivering is a bit overactive. I mean honestly, if homosexuals are 5% of the population, they'd have a line of them waiting to hang. I have seen some news, but nothing like you are suggesting.

There are huge differences that you refuse to acknowledge. The differences between the persecution of witches and homosexuals as is vast as the ones dealing with those two things and race. They are alike only that they were all persecuted. The reasons for the persecution are vastly different.

The system is old. But I haven't heard of a mass killing of homosexual people in Iran. Especially under the premise that you are worried about.

No, it's pretty far fetched IMHO. From the news reports I've read online, most people "convicted" under this have been seen "being" homosexual. As with the DADT alarmist, I have yet to hear about a non-homosexual harmed under these laws.

People are bad news, fx. That's why I stopped hanging out with them.

That I agree with in no uncertain terms.
