I just moved out here from Rockmart. Traffic was getting out of hand to get anywhere from that BFE place. I like Dunwoody...Just a bit expensive and crowded for "home" IMHO.

Honolulu/Hawaii might be the next housing market to get hit hard. People are moving out of the area because housing costs are too high there. It used to be that it was hard to find a job there, but now they are available, I heard. So it remains to be seen if housing will be cheap there.

There are sections of Atlanta that are being hit pretty hard. Especially in some areas where there was a lot of speculative pricing going on.

CHOICE, choice to do the hokey-pokey... there are consequences if its not within a monogamous relationship... its a behavior/control issue... just like homosexuality... its conditioned by multiple facets of an individuals life... no gene!! HOOAH!
