That may well be another example.

I know too, that in the marriage between a man and a woman, they may not be getting along for whatever reason, but let the neighbor start shooting the robins out of their tree, and the husband and wife will bond together to deal with the rascally scoundrel next door.

TRISTAN, it does matter the premise of why one would conclude a gay relationship is HEALTHIER. Healthier is a strange and inaccurate word to use when it is due in part, and that no doubt a large part to the "You and me against the world reality" as CF helpfully renamed what I had called complex.

Plus, let's not forget the idea that there is a familiarity in being the same sex, like brothers or like sisters. Familiarity and equality gives realistic expectations perhaps...

I put this kind of pap in the same category as the other story about women and homosexuals being worse drivers!

And when I checked out the dubious source I discovered that:

"The nonpartisan Rockway Institute brings together scientific research and professional expertise to counter antigay prejudice and inform public policies affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people.

The Institute's view is that public opinion, policies, and programs should be shaped by the facts about LGBT lives, not by political ideology."

Well they would say that, wouldn't they!!

It's like asking the KKK how they feel about inter-racial marriage!

Time permitting, I will get right on that tomorrow Tristan. I felt it best to inform all the patients who are being duped by the medical professionals first.

The article provides absolutely no substantiation for its claims other than a vague reference to a nebulous "series of research studies"!

Which studies and who conducted them we aren't told.

So it's about as scientific as basing an argument on "some bloke I overheard at the bus stop".

This weirdo organisation, the Rockway Institute, which nobody has ever heard of, admits that its raison d'etre is "that public opinion, policies, and programs should be shaped by the facts about LGBT lives".

Apparently they mean their version of the facts rather than reality.
