He wasn't just solely referring to your comment about his being 'bi'. Afterall, the only one of the two he mentioned involves a 'lifestyle choice'...Being Pagan isn't a lifestyle, it's a faith of religious/spiritual belief. Obviously you have issues with anything that you don't perceive as 'usual' and your biased attitude includes religions you don't particularly follow or acknowledge.

But don't worry...I'm quite comfortable and confident in with my own stamp of approval in being a practicing Pagan...And I'm sure the rest of us Pagans won't miss your 'stamp of approval' in regards to our own personal choices to follow our own personal spiritual paths.
