We think of homosexuals as people who are attracted to people of the same sex. As a result, they date, form relationships, live together, have sex, have children, and (now) marry. But this idea of homosexuality is relatively new.

In ancient Greece, many men had sex with men, but it wasn't thought of as a relationship like we think of a relationship. Married men had sex with other (often younger) men and this was socially acceptable. It was very different.

Homosexual couples DON'T have children.

Just because someone is gay, doesn't mean they will be in support of all things gay. There are heterosexuals that are not in favor of having children and never do.

Heterosexual couples DON'T have children either. Women have children and men are just there for the seed.

I am providing the link above that was given in this thread, presumably to show that gay marriage was condoned in the early Church. I would have words to address that, but are not germane to our discussion.


I only cite that link now because of your claim that gay people now are expressing their sexuality in finding lifetime mates.


Whereas that may be in some ways and when it is done, considered a newer expression of homosexuality, I do not believe that the homosexual promiscuity you claim to be archaic does not exist. And in fact, I would say that if polled, most homosexual sex occurs outside the boundaries of a once-in-a-lifetime relationship.

It is not a requirement to make offspring to get married. I am sure you have read this before. Am I correct?

See that's where your "heterosexuals" and "homosexuals" is f'd up. Humans aren't divided into "homosexuals" and "heterosexual". We are ALL humans first.
HUMANS are SUPPOSED to walk upright, have two eyes, two ears, be heterosexual etc. Anything else is f'd up. There's no such thing as "two legged humans choose to walk" but "one legged humans choose to use crutches" but "some two legged humans can't want either" so "that makes one legged humans normal". My ass. Humans aren't supposed to have one leg in the first place.

Humans aren't supposed to have same gendered sexual attraction. Especially in a romantic life partnering fashion. It's a human defect.

Of course some humans aren't gonna want to have children. Some humans don't want to have sex. Some humans don't want to eat meat. Some humans don't want to communicate with other humans.

All kinds of stuff exists among humans. Some of them are f'd up behaviors like cutting and some of them are f'd up instincts like pedo and that ilk. But all of them have aspects that make them human aberrations.

as I stated before, you don't have to support all things gay if you are gay, just as you don't have to support all things straight if you are straight.
