Funny, when you don't know the circumstances, how you jump to a conclusion. I was not rejected.

But I have not forced my relationship and intimate practices into a political arena either.

Speaking of bigotry and the like, you continue to take a militant stand in your sexuality. You insist on giving equality to the point of superiority on the basis of behaviors. That is a dangerous precedent for any nation to start to hand out "rights" based on behaviors. You ALREADY have the right to behave any way you want. So what you are really seeking is not a right but a societal approval. That is foisting your behavior on others...and in reality is taking away the rights of those who do not wish to give approval of certain behaviors.

I know of no gay person who has any use for the approval of non regenerate bigots.
