not really, given that this opinion is informed after rigorous study of large ammounts of literature from numerous sources around the world over many decades. sounds more like a broad, tolerant, open minded attitude. this understanding of the literature lead to reviewing the conventional wisdom regarding homosexuality, something that does not happen in science unless the evidence is there to support it.

he lied, he used religious propaganda to give himself legitimacy, he actively sought to misrepresent evidence, or ignored it. he focussed on biased findings that were designed to make him look good. he refused to accept he was in the wrong in the face of undeniable evidence. he repeated the same lines and the same lies over and over until people were sick of hearing it.

someone on this forum sounds like Saddam though.....

I believe it's an analogy of how the Universe was created, not necessarily literal.

you are free to say what you believe. but that is not what you always do. if you are going to tell us how things are (such as homosexuality is a dysfunction) then you are obliged to present some basis for the statement. you do not always state your belief so much as tell us how the world is. and you tell us despite the evidence.

I put the word love in quotes, Tristan. Note, "love" was used because it was only stated a couple days "The OD we all know and love..."

I was not stating that you ever gave a flying fig about me. But you did give kudos to me for posting a viewpoint that you counted as affirming your lifestyle. And only have come to hurl personal attacks on me since my pov has changed.
