Why not?

Why is it worse to attack a homosexual person because they're homosexual than to attack an old lady because she has money?

There is no difference between attacking a homosexual because he has money and attacking an old lady because she has money.

Attacking a homosexual because the attacker is bigoted against a marginalized minority is worse than attacking somebody because they have money, yes.

Again, I am asking for you to enumerate these laws with links to their actual texts so we can see that gays have MORE rights above and beyond all others citizens.

Are you prepared to do that?
