So it wasn't all terrorism.

Well, our Congress did vote to give the president the authority to send out troops to Iraq.

That doesn't say much.

They're still circumventing their responsibilities detailed in the constitution by illegally transferring the decision-making power to launch a first strike on Iraq solely to the President by the resolution. Congress never actually voted for the war; they never declared war.

And anyway, according to the Constitution, the United States has to respect any treaties it signs with the international community or other parties. The Iraq War was not in conformity with a number of different international laws, including the UN charter, while breaking others such as war crimes, thereby making it not only unconstitutional but illegal.

Try reading the Preamble of the U.S. Constitution. It clearly states the only reason the U.S. Government can Take the U.S.A. to war. It is not even complicated.

Hmmm, you have several very good points. All I said was that there was a resolution passed. I read through it again and noticed that we didn't actually say anything about declaring war in the resolution. Ugh, this war is getting worse and worse the more I look at it.

All right, everyone...

We're at war. Just do as the President says and don't ask any questions.
