On the street where my old office was located I was one of two or three people that spoke English. The rest were latino and it would have been useful to know the language on a daily basis. I speak only english and could care less if the language I speak is not called the national language. I will speak what I speak and not feel one less bit americian or slighted by the fact that my language is no longer called the national language. I mean really, who cares? This does make you ponder other factors though. | I find it to be ridiculous that you cannot go into a restaraunt without there being both an English side and a spanish side to a menu, it blows my mind. I am not racist by any means but we cannot let this go on anymore. If they cannot learn the language than they have no right being here. Every other immigrant that has come to this country has had to learn our language and now since we are being overrun by these illegals they expect my to learn spanish? I say to hell with that!
