The report says there's "high confidence" Iran stopped developing nuclear weapons in autumn 2003, and did so because of international pressure. | I think the difference might be that this report is made up of 16 intelligence agencies in agreement, that brought this to the attention of the White House before the president began warning us of the threat of Iran's nuclear weapons program. The point being that the president should not have focused publically on the threat, until the information was proven to be sound. | |||||||||||||||||||||
