" Which is bullshit for "the President's interpretation of the constitution, what ever that may be, is worth more than the letter of the law." He's been doing things like this for his entire Presidency. Conservatives (Bush supporters included) like to bitch about how judges change the law by dictation of different interpretations of the constitution, but then support an executive that does the same thing (only illegally).
