Got my wife pregnant, for the first of 3 times, that year. It was a great year!

Unfortunately, EVERY car made that year was BUTT UGLY. The 80s was definitely a BAD decade for automotive design.

Yes it was! I think the mustangs and monte carlos were alright looking though..

Wifey & I had a Renault Encore for awhile. Gold in color. It was actually a pretty good car, although the 1.4 liter engine was - shall we say - a TAD short on power!
