And you are claiming that it took a week because our government is racist. Saying that our government is a majority of white does not make it racist. You need some facts to prove there was a conspiracy. Please proceed.

Nagin is the one who left all those hundreds of school busses sitting while people drowned. I agree with Jefferson. That makes Nagin a racist.
