You've been hearing it for all those years, and you still haven't been able to figure out what precisely is and is not being said?

Amazing. Not sure I would have wanted to admit that if I were you...

Lieberman and Zell Miller are definitely Democrats I do like.

My God, Zell Miller is a maniac. I personally don't like Lieberman for personal political reasons, but Zell is just crazy. By all means he is "Democratic in-name-only". He's by far a very hateful man. He's obsessed with trying to squash socratic questioning (which of coarse is imparitive to the functionality of a democracy). He says that such questioning and dismay are "national acts of contrition," including the outrage over torture. He says that such things as the desecration of the flag, homosexuals and non-Christian government are atributed directly to rap music. And he feels that such things need to be banned or limited greatly in order to save the American civilization.

If he had his way I would probably not doubt that he would create a brutal theocracy where dissent is totally squashed. I don't know how anyone, Democrat or Republican, can like this man. His beliefs are by far anti-American in every sense of the term. Lieberman I can understand, but Zell is just crazy.

I agree, that man is crazy. I laughed pretty hard at Jon Stewart's "Zell on Earth" bit from the convention a couple years ago.

Zell Miller seems strange and crazy to you because he is an old school democrat. He is a democrat from the era of WWII, the 50s, when Americans pulled together to win the war, not like now when the dems pull against the war for political reasons. I never heard him say he wanted a theocracy. Is that another liberal exaggeration which is meant to demonize someone you disagree with? Sounds like it. Zell Miller wants the America he grew up with to still be here for his grandkids and so do a lot of us.

Why is the democrat party turning against Leiberman? Because he disagrees with them on the war. Doesn't the democrat party have room for different opinions? So much for the party of ideas and inclusion. You wonder why you keep losing elections? Because of crap like this. Toe the party line or we will destroy you. People aren't dumb and they can see the power you all have over the schools and unions and a lot of us are tired of it. Wait until this fall and you'll get another dose of reality.

That's funny, because I think winding the political and social scene of America back sixty years isn't bringing back important 'values', unless of coarse those values he wishes to see are racism and segregation.

And I don't know why you keep referring to me when you talk about Democrats. I wish you would break free from this two-demensional view of the world that either you're Democrat or Republican, evil or good. Only authoritarians deal in absolutes like that. I'm not a Democrat. And from what I see, Lieberman turned against the Democratic Party, not the other way around.

Sadly, the America you speak of is long gone. It is now the Christian States of North America. From the North Pole to our Southern border with Guatemala, we've been sold out. It's too late, in my opinion, this is just the start of the globalisation of the New World Order. I suggest you all get used to it. Democrats vs. Repubicans is only a smokescreen to cover what is really going on. Check out spp.gov, it's a US Gov't website.

So when I speak of "values", you automatically go to racism and segregation. Actually, I was thinking more in the line of our schools teaching the basics in education instead of indoctrinating children. I was thinking more in the line of people building instead of tearing down. I was thinking more in the line of raising boys to be men and girls to be young ladies. I was thinking more in the line of music that had a beat to dance and was fun to listen to instead of "kill the fucking cops or get a bitch or ho to knob my bob" or such crap.

Speaking of authoritarians, explain to me how Leiberman turned against the Democratic party?
