And also, in regards to your other material: I fail to see how him being an activist somehow justifies his arrest. They were outside the VA protesting, and he went into the VA for a drink, and he gets arrested for the shirt he's wearing. Its still not justified, nor is it lawful.
Pull your head out of your butt. Wipe the crap off and open your eyes.

I have PROVEN that this guy was NOT the "innocent bystander just having a cup of coffee" that he (and you) claimed he was. He is a LIAR.

He is an ACTIVIST. He intentionally does certain things to provoke desired responses. This whole thing was a set-up. Period.

What can you NOT understand about that?

Now... once again, I'll remind you (and the other blind liberals) that I have NOTHING against being a peace advocate/anti-war protestor. That's everyone's right. It's perfectly legitimate. But if you are constantly provoking people, don't act like a friggin' cry-baby when your provoking leads to a response.

Grow up, folks.

You're missing the point here. First of all, just because he is an activist does not make him "guilty" of anything. If exercising free speech somehow constitutes guilt, then you are in the wrong country. Again, how can you know for sure that he is lying? You know absolutely nothing about the man besides the fact that he is a peace activist. It is therefore evident that the only basis on which you assume he is lying is because he is a peace activist. Why must you assume just because he is of a different political background than you? Again my point stands that if he really was lying, then the VA wouldn't have anything to hide and would issue their side of the story; but we don't see that happening.

You can't possibly concieve that it wasn't a set-up because, 'oh these things only happen to poor Christian students'. The man was not doing anything illegal. He was not disrupting the peace or streaking in the VA hospital or anything. He was arrested because of the choice of shirt he wore, its simple as that. It is a blatent violation of his Constitutional rights to free speech.

Have you ever had the coffee at a VA hospital? I have it's not anything to go out of your way to get.... Especially with a Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Caribou Coffee, or any number of other coffee shops on every street corner.

Nobody goes out of their way to get coffee at a VA hospital, or any other hospital for that matter, I don't buy it.

Its not like he was driving down the road and decided to stop at the VA for some coffee. He was with a peace group that was protesting outside the VA for peace and the betterment of the treatment of our veterans or something of the sort, and he was thirsty so he went into the VA for something to drink...

How many other coffee shops were in walking distance?

You don't drink coffee when you are "thirsty". Now that was lame.

Yeah. This guy should have found a colored, strike that, I mean liberal coffee shop to go to. He should have known better than to get a drink at the white, I mean conservative VA hospital...

I mean the nerve of this guy. A veteran getting a drink of coffee in a VA hospital.
F#%@ing liberals!
<end sarcasm>

Freedom of speech isn't rightfully impinged upon just because you don't like the other guy's motives. That is the real movement towards "thought police".
He did NOTHING WRONG. He didn't break the law.

I can't believe people don't see this for the gross miscarriage of justice it is.

I already know you can speculate Alias, but one thing that I still have yet to see from you is respond to my full posts, and with intelligent debate with facts. You conventiently ignored my other points in my other post.

What a dishonest post. It was a setup and everyone knows it and you can't admit it so you pull out the race card.

You just don't get it, do you alias.

EVEN IF it were a "setup", IT DOES NOT MATTER.
They had NO RIGHT to arrest him just because they didn't like his t-shirt.
There are no laws which state you don't have a right to drink coffee in a VA hospital if you're wearing a shirt that some might object to and you "planned" it.

There are NO LAWS against that.
There is NOTHING WRONG with that.
It's a FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

And the "race card" was a direct response to another poster who seemed to be insinuating that this VETERAN should have gotten a drink of coffee some place else. This isn't a "segregated" area where liberals go on place and conservatives go another.
But of course, the point of my sarcasm went over your head, as usual...
