| Move Israel??? While I know this isn't realistic because the Israeli people would never agree to it and lord knows where the new location would be. But why not just move Israel and the Israeli people to a safer homeland? Instead of wasting billions of dollars over there, why not find a chunk of land somewhere else in the world? Israel isn't that huge. Has anyone already suggested this in the past? --- help me Instant Runoff Voting, you're my only hope --- There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond. Conservatives are simply roadblocks on the path to an ever more progressive and liberal world. What a sad existence. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Don't know if anyone has suggested moving Israel, but quite possibly you'd have the same problem with the "natives" where you moved them. Unless of course, they got a really good deal on their property.... | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Well, as a secular human being myself, I would say get past the differences and live together, and maybe make Jerusalem an international city. But unfortunately many people can't get past ignorance and religious differences and both sides want domination. | Some people can't seem to get past past differences. I still remember moving to New Orleans back in 1964 and being called a "damn Yankee". Then again, I was only 9 so maybe they were just teasing me. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| Yeah, I live in Ohio. And when we travel South, its quite interesting to see that as soon as we cross the border into like West Virginia, and I mean right across the border, you go into a gas station and they sell every kind of appliance or hosehold item you can think of with a confederate flag on it. I say its pretty outdated. Meh. | Because obviously moving the probably unwilling inhabitants of an entire country with an infrastructure, economy, etc. is such a simple solution. Obviously. I never said it was a simple solution but it might be worth it. The alternative might be them getting wiped out completely. --- help me Instant Runoff Voting, you're my only hope --- There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond. | Er... Not really. I suppose that Palestinian culture would be more similar to Jordanian culture. Some pro-Israel historians believe that the Palestinians are actually Jordanians, but I think that this view of history is somewhat incorrect and revisionist.
