By the way, where are all these charges you extremists have been saying were going to be brought against the Times? Seems like the truth only hurts when it really is the truth, not lies. I would love to see some proof of the Times knowingly lying.
Yeah, thanks to the NY Times even the enemy knows. Do you know you are at war? I really don't think a lot of you get it.

The rules do not just blindly go out the window in a time of war.
I really don't think you get that, or rather I don't think you care...

The Bush lovers (will-less herd of hangers-on) are ruining America!

"W" stands for War.
"W" stands for Wastefulness.
"W" stands for Wiretapping.
It's as simple as A B C: "W" does not stand for America!

No, the rules don't "just blindly go out the window" in a time of war.

But they do change.

Even YOU should know that.

Fine.
Then show me WHAT THE RULES ARE for "time of war".
Quote them so we can discuss them.
Show me what they have "changed" to...

Can't do it, can you...

Would you like some more? Just look up "National Emergencies Act". Maybe that'll help you out.

I liked the third one. Here's one part of it...

But if the description of the NSA program provided by the administration is accurate, then current laws do not provide the means for efficient judicial and legislative oversight. Making the NSA surveillance program, like the Patriot Act, the right weapon for the long war will require the president and the Congress to work together."

In other words, if the president wants to continue with the NSA program as it has been described (wire-tapping U.S. citizens without a warrant), then he is GOING TO HAVE TO GET CONGRESSIONAL AUTHORIZATION.
He can't just claim he has that power...

Beyond that, you REALLY need to stick to the subject.
We are talking about WIRE-TAPPING INNOCENT AMERICANS WITHOUT A WARRANT.

If you claim that is part of his war-powers, then you better show WHERE it is included in his "war powers".
You quoted a lot of crap. MOST of it had nothing to do with wire-tapping.
And the part that did, DISAGREES WITH your claims...

Did you want to proceed with shooting yourself in the other foot? Or just sticking the foot you did shoot in your mouth next?

Here is the question/challenge YOU posted.

Wow Jefferson. Just plain wow.
I made the wild presumption that given the CONTEXT of our discussion, with respect to the WIRE-TAPPING CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS that you would give me text on how the rules had changed with that...

But I guess expecting you to remember the context would be too much for you. And I should have realized that, given my prior experiences where you lacked the cognitive capabilities to keep things in perspective.

So I guess it's my "bad" for expecting you to engage in intelligent conversation whereby people remember the CONTEXT of statements.

Yes, Jefferson, you gave me "concrete examples".
Do you want a cookie now?

Or are you ready for the bonus level?
You claim I got "beat into the ground"?
WHAT CLAIM of mine did you disprove to "beat me into the ground"???

Did I say anything about the stuff you ACTUALLY quoted?
Or is the truth that maybe you deserve a treat for answering the question, even if it wasn't really the question which was relevant to the context of the discussion?

You deserve a cookie for answering the question.
But you didn't "beat" anything "into the ground"...

And for the record, Jefferson gave no reply refutation to this...
None at all.

One of the articles that Jefferson quoted DISPROVES HIS CLAIMS with regards to Bush's legality on the wire-tapping U.S. citizens without a warrant.

But Jefferson made no mention of it...
Don't worry. I can keep reminding him until he sees it and acknowledges it...
