You don't mind being unnecessarily rude do you? you must be really young to act so immature. Well, people like you, there is just no reasoning with anyway. It's actually quite funny that you probably believe you are wise.

I'm 28, you decide if that's really young. I don't think I'm rude in the least, but I am very straight forward and matter-of-fact. I am in the military, I don't have time to wipe noses and hold hands, if you can't stand the heat...

The Evil Republicans.......Ah, sarcasm. Usually, I find sarcasm amusing. It seems to me that no one so far from either side, seems to be able to discuss anything rationally with the facts. and I don't like the idea of defining oneself by any political party. I've always found that a bit pitiful.

I find it pitiful that the American political system only has two sides of the same coin. We need to introduce more parties into the mix to fully represent our diverse constituients.

Yes........but don't you feel that people should be able to think on their own without needing to belong to a group who might not necessarily represent all of their views? We should give ourselves more credit, and work harder to acheive what we want based on our own individual beliefs.

What is stopping people from doing this? Nothing but themselves.

No one is stopping them. But unfortunately, some people are not very motivated. There is a lot of apathy around. The more passionate people are, communicating with others, trying to get people excited about doing things, the better. I do it every day. I make copies of things and hand them out to people, I get petitions signed. We can all do our part even if it's small. And, you get to meet people who have common interests, so it's fun too.
