First of all being a cop for several years if he would have followed directions to began with no force would have been used. And an officer always has the right to be the aggressor in any situation an dit seems rather convenient thaat someone just so happened to have a comera handy to film it all.

2) Some Americans are moving out of California.
3) Some Americans are moving in to California.

The last two are obvious.
The first one should be obvious to you as well. I will try to find the link which proves it, but quite frankly it's a wasted effort considering the situation. It will gain me nothing, as you will refuse to admit the situation even when proven.

And it's for the courts to decide what he "deserves". If a cop is acting on the idea of somebody "deserving" something, he is already acting outside the law.
