This whole thing is a double edged sword. Yes women are getting equal rights as men (I think? 0.o) but it has a backlash against the community with public nudity

My point is either men should not be allowed topless (I am fine with that) or women should be... I am concerned with equality...

Women's breasts are not genatalia... no reason they should have to be covered, except for some Victorian era prudes...

There are several cities in New York State that allow women to be topless. Frankly, bikinis being what they are today, there isn't much difference except seeing the nipples.
