As far as teams you are mentioning, OTF; is this not the guesswork of a fan of those teams? When the Rams lost that Super Bowl; at the time they were considered to be the team of the future that all other teams would now try to emulate. There is no doubt that they were the better team. Now what do we do?
What I am saying is I doubt the Pats were(are) the only team doing it. Don't kid yourself. Maybe Bill Belichick should have to wear a blind fold during the game for the rest of the season.

How about the colts??
They had Payton before Brady came in and were unknown to the NFL...then all of a sudden they come out of nowhere to be the only team to rival the Patriots?!
Oh yeah this just sounds like the steriod issue in baseball...a person has no power whatsoever during their career then suddenly they belt out 61 HR(Mark) and Barry(74 WHOM IS BATTLING BACK AND KNEE PROBLEMS)...if anything his abilities would dimminish during injury...not improve O.o

Whatever happened sure didn't help the Bolts any. They got squished by the Pats something terrible. Oh well. It is a cloudy day here in San Diego.

I loved how John Madden said that this "spygate" issue is almost debunked because the first game that the Pats play after the camera's were taken...they beat the snot out of the Chargers proving that the Pats dont need anything. They are pure skill.

Yeah, somehow I have doubts about Norv Turner. Schottenheimer was an excellent coach. His problem was that he could not get the Chargers past the first round. So he was let go.

And Tomlinson can't seem to find any holes to run through. He usually gets 100 yards per game. He has not achieved that in TWO games total. Makes me wonder if Turner's offense is any different than Schottenheimer's offense.

Oh well. I enjoy collegiate football more than pros. I loved how USC and Alabama won their games.

Norv Turner is a curse.

There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond. Conservatives are simply roadblocks on the path to an ever more progressive and liberal world. What a sad existence.

You are correct, sir: but that still doesn't erase the fact that a rule was broken by the Pats; and must be punished. If a player can be suspended for a huge chunk of the season, and maybe even banned; does this not extend to a coach as well? And should this extend to Belichick? Throw Mike Vick back into the mix. If he were to just receive a huge fine for his behavior and maybe a short stint (or not) in jail, can the NFL just "move on" as Belichick wants everyone to do in his case? Now add the fact that Vick has broken no rules of football. Belichick has. But who is the one that everyone seems to want banned from the sport? Mike Vick. Why the double-standard, people?

The only reason that Michael Vick was "suspended" was that they cant ban him from the sport of Football because of his actions because he did nothing against the NFL. What he did was outside the bounds of NFL and they only "suspended" him so that he would still earn his salary Because he obviously isnt active nor inactive/injury.

What Belichick did also had no personal gain to it IE money, like Pete Rose did.

I beg to differ with you along a different line. While Pete Rose profited monetarily, Belechick profited by "stealing" an unfair advantage; both were in completed disregard of the rules of their sports. Both gave their teams possible advantage. Rose, for his own personal greed; and Belechick for whatever reason you may care to offer. Job security, or anything else.
As many of our members have posted upon the idea of whom they thought were better teams; if the Pats are so good, shouldn't they be good as well with another coach? Yes, I am aware that I am beating the permanent barring of Belichick from the NFL. But that is because the greatest marketing event of football and possibly anything else; the Super Bowl may have been tainted by this action of Belechick.
Now, I heard that the Comissioner's office is now ordering the Pats to turn over all tapes they posess of this kind. As much as I like Madden, this story is not yet debunked. There may even be additional repercussions coming for the Pats and Belichick.

They took away the camera after the 1st quarter and Goodall told the media that the camera had no effect on the outcome of the game whatsoever.
As for Belechick's job security, that was secured after the Patriots first Super Bowl victory...A game that was tight all the way down to the end seconds and relied on a FG...If we honestly had the Ram's def scouted with camera's the game would of been blown open far more then a FG. Which that season we were basicly the underdogs (10-6 I think) throughout the season....no one expected us to reach it let alone win it.
And a team is only as good as the coach that leads them...team cant run without plays plays cant be made without a coach.
And what about the years we didnt make it to the super bowl? Did the camera feed fail? Was our camera man sick on important games? Proves that the Patriots are not invincible and even if we did have cameras had no effect on the games or we would of had 6 straight Super Bowl trophies and banners hanging in the stadium.
