I have been known, though only a fan, to do "excessive celebration."

I definitely hear you there! Remember several years ago that actually had a rule that would penalize teams if the fans cheered too loud. It mainly applied to domed stadiums. Fortunately, that fucking rule didn't last long

We, as fans can do so without penalty. I just think it pretty overbearing to penalize the players for this. What's next? Penalizing a team for excessive talking on the bench?

OD; it looks like Pack really wants to make Favre's last dance turn him into the Prom King. But, although I really don't like New England (and do not want my ex-wife to be able to gloat over them); I have to admit they look very, very, tough.

Well in about an hour I am gonna watch and cheer the Giants to a win.

Then we can play them next, and that right here at Lambeau Field.

As to the Pats...yeah tough team.

But even David with his slingshot bested Goliath.

I would not mind the Pats winning if they didn't have Randy Moss on their team.

And of course when they play against the Pack, I mind if they win then too.

It was funny watching Mike Holmgren last night as he coached the Seahawks and use to be our coach. I absolutely adore our new coach, Mike McCarthy. He carries himself in such a calm and peaceful way. And evidently has the gift of uniting the team, and he also made some real good strategies for the team.

Well, two Goliaths were slain today. Congrats, H80! Your Chargers played excellently! Although, I think those injuries they suffered today can hardly make things easy for next week.
Well, one Manning made it to the conference finals-the one that wasn't favored to do so. The Giants coaching staff did good to keep Eli within his game and keep him in a position where the game is close in the fourth quarter. The Chargers did the same with Rivers before the injury he suffered.
Looks like Vegas gamblers dropped a bundle today. If this were Wall Street there would be people jumping out of high-rise hotel windows! As it is, I'm sure there will be some men being thrown from their windows at home when they tell their wives how much money they lost today!

OD; I'm glad to hear that the Packers are not beating the "frozen tundra" drum. Yes, the home field advantage is something all teams wish for in the playoffs; but I think our friend Michael Vick may have dispelled that myth somewhat a few years ago. Simply put, the Pack must beat the Giants; and not rely on the National Weather Service to do so. For the record, I think they will win and I think they will face the Pats in the Super Bowl.
Many people besides you and I (obviously) think that Randy Moss is a spoiled brat. But he does have talent. And opposing teams must respect that talent he posesses, or be burned to a crisp. The funny thing is that while I don't care fot the Pats (The new "America's Team"); I think they will be able to teach Moss that he is a part of a team, and he must always act like it. So, there actually is something good about the Pats I can admire-although I won't say so to my ex (We have a standing bet on the Patriot games; and I've been taking a beating)!

Thanks Joe for your vote of confidence for the Packers...

I love our team and our coach. I see our men playing like a real team ought to. And even nearly like they are just some guys out there to have fun above all else.

As to QB's I do believe that the Cowboy one, Tony Romo has a little problem letting go of the glory some. Seems he wants to hold that ball so much more than he ought to. I don't know though, not really. It sure was a great game to watch yesterday, suspenseful right to the final seconds!!!

Anyhow, I am really looking forward to the game next week!

No money on it, just my heart.
