Why can't everbody just root for the Patriots and watch history be made? There is no good reason to be snotty, and cling to your favorite team, when we can see the first perfect season since 1972. Rooting for a team against the Patriots is just plain unAmerican!!!

F that. If the Giants make it and win, that would mean a wild card team knocked off the Pats perfect season, and would go down in history as one of the greatest superbowls ever. F the Pats and there tainted cheating season. I only pray someone puts them in there place.

There will always be selfish babies who don't want to see history being made. Fuck the Giants! Don't be a traitor to your country!!! Oh yeah, that filming incident in the first game of the season just gave the Patriots an unfair advantage - bull fucking shit!

I was most impressed by Turner's performance Sunday and I pray for you that the Chargers do not let this young man go in the offseason- the Chicago sports pages are already calling on the Bears to actively pursue this young man to give the Bears a credible running threat; Cedric Benson is not the answer.
A lot of Chargers fans earlier this season were saying "Marty-Marty-Marty", in reference to Marty Schottenheimer, when the other Turner, Norv that is, had the Chargers ending the month of September at 1-3.

Now that he has turned it around, they gotten on his band wagon. The Chargers do need to hold onto all the RB's they have. Even L.T. is not invincible, since he got hurt in the game vs. Indy. But he will play vs. New England.

Michael Turner was quite a weapon for Rivers, especially on the 56-yard-play in the 3rd quarter. We have a banged up team, and the papers from out of town have already written the Chargers off. We'll see what happens.

In reality, though, I think a matchup between Green Bay and New England would be ideal. Favre vs. Brady. I think Favre is having the best season of his career. He is a real gamer.

Sentimentally speaking, a matchup between Eli Manning and the Chargers might create a few headlines, too. After all, Manning snubbed the Chargers when he said he didn't want to play for a losing team, the Chargers.

I do hope Green Bay wins.

4 degrees? Wow!!! And that game starts at 6:30 PM that evening. Who can remember the Ice Bowl game between Green Bay and Dallas in 1967 when the temp at gametime was -15? Wind chill factors in those days were unheard of then.

The forecast for Foxboro is supposed to be at 16 degrees.

Why does the NFL have to start the games at 3PM and 6:30 PM, EST? I think it is better for them to start at 1PM and 4:30 PM, EST. It would be a tad warmer in those climates.

This is so not about history. This is about character. Loyalty.

Green Bay!!! Woo-hoo!!!
And for the record, don't y'all see the great character of many of our players and of our coach? These are men who play fair and square and have a true sense of team and sportsmanship.

They deserve to win! And they are an inspiration.

Its true GB and Bret have been a class act, but they dont deserve it any more than the Giants. GB handed us a ass beating in week 2, and we are looking for redemption. Heres to a great game. May the best team win.

Yea, knowing how defenses are playing your offense couldnt help you win at all?????????????????????????????????????????????? I hope your not serious with this crap you just spewed. I hope who ever gets to the show stomps there ass in the ground. If the Pats get to the show at all. Peyton threw over 400 yards and 4 TD's, still wasnt enough to hang with the chargers.
