| It actually hurts!!! But you know, just like me with the Packers...we got to love them anyhow. Though, when I say stuff like that while watching the game with my son, he tells me I watch football "like a girl" so maybe saying "that sucks" is better! Either way, I feel your pain. | Now; they go marching out! It was a great game, and I admit that I was surprised at the outcome. The Bear defense offset my fear of Grossman's maturity byestablishing the tempo of the game right away and controlling it for the whole game. I was surprised that the Saints did not seem to grasp that the Bears- having lead the league this year in takeaways- would be agressively doing the same; if only to create some scoring opportunities of good field position. Enough about that, though. Now that Peyton Manning and the Colts have defeated the Patriots and will meet the Bears in the Super Bowl; how do you see this game? Personally, I think the bears will have to have the same agressive defensive strategy. They also will need to practice hard to adapt to the hurry-up offense that the Colts sometimes employ. I think this will be the great equalizer. On this note, now I have to pick the Bears because of my hometown factor. It will be a great game, I'm sure. | |||||||||||||||||||||

| I'm hoping there's going to be a 2008 NFL thread. Hate is NOT a 'family value.' Feminism: the radical notion that women are human beings. | |||||||||||||||||||||
