That's a horrifying thought. To have so much trust in the government, which isn't a thinking, feeling being, is utterly careless on the citizen's part.

It surely is a horrifying thought. I truly believe our government currently has too much power. I think inorder to preserve our nation, we need to give ALL power to the people. Which means, restoring presidental war powers back to congress, honoring ALL our constitutional rights, and removing government control/censorship over things. I feel our state is oversized, and intrusive. Its even worse when people think the governments of the world are better... because they are even larger, more intrusive, and provide less power to the people. If thats your desired life..thats pathetic.

Many times we have had members sign up, post nonsense, and never return.

His postings seemed short and nonsense. "Ernie for example"

  • Whether I own and use firearms is not the business of my neighbors or my government. No more need be stated on the subject except, perhaps, that if you don't like guns, don't own one. Just keep your freakin' nose out of my business.

Weapons designed to kill things are everyones business. No person needs automatic weapons... you certainly dont need one to shoot a deer.

...Life would be a whole lot better if everyone kept their freakin' nose out of others business... Too bad there aren't more people like you out there.

And to end off this post I will restate the main reason against gun control in the United states....

KANSAS CONSTITUTION BILL OF RIGHTS:
The people have the right to bear arms for their defense and security; but standing armies, in time of peace, are dangerous to liberty, and shall not be tolerated, and the military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power.

The ultimate defense to tyranny. And if you think that such things are impossible in a democratic society or must I point out Hitler again???
