I am glad that you feel that you aren't intelligent or responsible enough to have the right to bear arms. I am glad that you fear your own freedom and would rather live in a state of willful vulnerability because taking responsibility for your own well being would require having balls and accepting that you are ultimately master of your own fate. Only a fool and a coward wants a government that will hold his hand protect him from cradle to grave. |

Different people have different concepts of the meaning of freedom.
How about the concept of being free from the threat of guns, and living in a country where you don't need to sleep with a pistol under your pillow?
And your childish taunts about guns making you intelligent, responsible and free - it makes you sound rather immature and insecure, like a kid playing at Rambo.
I doubt whether you have the worldiness to understand life in other countries or the intellectual bandwidth to appreciate the comparison.
Come to think of it you are ideal fodder for the NRA mantra.

I don't doubt there are more than a few muslim loonies in the UK and plenty of other places too.
But we can't judge an entire faith on that basis! Not every muslim is hell bent on slaughtering every infidel, and it's dangerous to pretend they are.
