You know, after reading this thread I have some questions for everyone. What if you were in the position of the home owner? Would you shoot the criminal? Why or why not?

Gary, there's nothing childish about wanting you to answer a simple question.

Yet again you make arbitrary statements without any attempt to substantiate them.

Explain what you feel is the difference between lawful and legal.

I have to go with Gary on this one. I don't really see any difference between lawful and legal.

Lawful is the difference between right and wrong. Legal is any "rule of Law" that any sociopathic tyrant criminal can make up as they go along using "God said", "King said" or "Government said", so they can subjugate. Do you think it is right to hold slaves? It was the Rule OF LAW!

Gary can't answer the question because it will expose his criminal mentality, because all actions are derived from what one considers right from wrong.

You still haven't made your case very clearly.

Are you saying that there are no absolute standards of right and wrong?
