Perhaps people assign labels because they enjoy/need/want to label things (and pigeonhole people)? Don't we learn to label things in our environment from the time we start speaking? Don't we immediately assign a name to new things when we first encounter them?

That said, I'm not sure what prompted your comments?

I agree, Screw the one party system!

Live the Light, Give the Light,
Bring Heaven to Earth Every Day!

I am not a human being having a spiritual experience, I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

The ancient Greeks used to say, "You shall know a man by the friends that he keeps." Given the nature of their friends and advisers, what are we to conclude about the Republican party:
Stop the madness before us it stops!

Actually I do owe a correction here... The Army and the Air Farce seem to allow warning shots. However, they are strictly forbidden in the Department of the Navy, to include the Marine Corps. They told us in Afghanistan we could fire warning shots, and I was stunned, because I have always been trained that warning shots are forbidden, and to shoot to stop or kill as appropriate.
Fight the good fight, and die with the enemy's heart in your hand.
