People seem to have a lot of difficulty understanding that you can support the troops and still be against the war. The important thing is that you focus your war rage on the politicians, not the soldiers. That's where things went wrong with Vietnam.
Yes very true, i remember when they spat on the returning soldiers, THE DRAFTED SOLDIERS!!! haha jk im not that old but that was pretty sad.

Yea if anybody were to screw with my uniform, I wouldnt care if it was Arnold Schwarzanegger (i think thats how you spell it) I would do everything in my power to kick his ass. Props Tadpole you did the right thing. The uniforms are just beautiful IMMHO.

Girls love a man in uniform. Anywhere I go and I see someone in uniform, girls walk by that person and smile.

Makes me think twice. I have thoughts about joining the service. But I am a sort of "couch potato".

Haha those pictures in the first post really crack me up. If black people had tried to use guns to get civil rights the national card would have leveled every ghetto in America. the way that MLK used violence to advance the cvil rights movement was to :
1. Hold rallies in towns in which they knew white supremacists/anti-civil rights people would be present.
2. Foment the anger of said people into violence, thus inciting violence.
3. The federal government would then be forced to come in a protect them, thusly making the government protect the civil rights protesters.
4. Use the civil rights movement as a platform for communist ideals.

The thought that black militarism did anything but hurt the civil rights movement is laughable. The black panthers and the klan are kindred spirits. Just bigots who want all the bias in their own favor. The new black panther party wanted the jena 6 freed and want joe horn prosecuted for murder, but where are they when there is a black on white hate crime(which happen about 8 times more often than the white on black kind nowadays)? Where were they when the 14 year old boy was beaten to death at the juvenile detention camp? Nowhere because 3 of the guys who helped murder him happened to be black, so they don't care about justice for him, because it doesn't suit their agenda.

The thought behind the pictures on the first post is correct though, that thought being that if you don't have a gun, you can't defend yourself, and if you can't defend yourself then you definitely can't defend your rights.
