I tried to sell used cars once. I was TOO honest. It didn't work out. I absolutely LOVE cars and that doesn't carry over when you are trying to sell a POS Corrolla.

Oh, my heart has had the living crap kicked out of it.. mostly by women who had previoulsy been abused.. and all that pent-up anger would come out in some strange-assed ways, years later, at me. (You know something funky is going on when you have to pin your girlfriend down and disarm her of the knife she was threating you/herself with.)

But I remain remarkably free of cynicism. I'm just more keen to the "warning signs" now, and am fairly confident I won't fall into that situation again.
