My policy pays the same regardless of the illness.
Many policies refuse payment for "expensive" illnesses, like the lady here in LA who was denied a claim for a masectomy just before she went into surgery.

Now she has to find 200 grand to pay for it herself, and that's not easy for a hairdresser.
