Those are some good tips. I used to have acid reflux, and the reason for my acid reflux was the reason I was a fat ass. I got my acid reflux fixed and dropped 30 lbs, and then I changed what I ate and how I eat and lost another 30. My wife has been doing weight watchers (she pumped out 3 babies) she has lost 30+ lbs since the begining of the year. weight loss is much easier if you have a support system. You have to want to do it for yourself.
