| Health check-ups: Do it!! Yesterday, I served at a funeral for a lady, whom I knew very well, who succumbed to breast cancer. She had it, it went into remission, and came back with a vengeance. Even if the cancer goes into remission, it still remains inside one's body. Cancer is a killer. I couldn't help to think that this lady was only four months shy of her 60th birthday. Her son, who I also have known for years as well, asked I serve at her funeral, for which I was blessed to do so. I hope everyone on the DTT board get themselves screened for their health's sake. | |||||||||||||||||||||

I had an interesting conversation this morning with a man, who I usually walk with from the commuter train station. We have separate employers. He had a friend, a lady, who succumbed to cancer, after it was in remission for 20 years. His friend's cancer returned. His friend never got any care from the hospital where she was a patient, because she had no insurance. The hospitals do want their money, don't they? | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| YouTube - Paul Gigot interviews Mitt Romney[ quote=RidinHighSpeeds;112143]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_kjlj079nI[/quote] If Romney is elected President does he want to implement a Mass type solution for the whole country? I think he's the only Republican candidate who supports Universal health care and has actually done something about it | |||||||||||||||||||||
