VP Cheney races into the oval office and blurts out " Mr. President, we've
just been informed that three Brazilian soldiers have been killed in Iraq!"

With a horrified look the President covers his face with his hands and bursts
into tears.

A concerned VP tries to comfort the President with "Sir, calm down, it's only a
few Brazilians."

President Bush drops his hands, raises his head, and asks, "How many is a
Brazilian?"
