Pedro Gonzales was driving down the street and around the block in a sweat looking for a parking spot because it was just about closing time at the DMV. He was an illegal alien and he had to get his drivers license renewed before it expired so he wouldn't be hassled by the cops.

Looking up toward Heaven, he said: "Lord, take pity on me. If you find me a parking space I will go to Mass every Sunday for the rest of my life, and give up Tequila."

As he was driving by the DMV again, a car pulled out of a parking space right in front of the office. He pulled into the parking spot, and looked up again and said: "Never mind, I found one."
