Ok we don't need to alienate ourselves, but we also don't need to give this country away..as far as the leaders of this country, if they are not doing their best for the AMERICANS, than we neeed to kick them out of office and this country..i agree bush sucks..

I don't think our president is the "worst in history" but he definitely is not the best..

I think Donald Trump said it best that after 9/11, other countries had sympathy for us and we blew it. Now just about every country hates us, and I think that is going to hurt us in the long run..

Do I agree that we should have taken down Saddam Hussein? Yes. Do I think we should have staid in Iraq so that we can build up a democracy over there?? Hell no.

We should of declared victory in Iraq when the Saddam regime fell. Then we should have left and put more focus on getting Osama. I think that strategy would have worked best..

I have posted on a lot of message boards over the years, and I can say that around 99.9% of them do not stay with the original posting. They nearly always divert into either some other subject, or several subjects, or into denigration of other posters. I have participated in all of the three. Sometimes it just turns out that way. Sometimes it is just best to lock the thread and end it or it will just continue on ad infinitum into "did not", "did too". Still, life goes on, and the message boards go on. One argument stops, and another ensues.
