I don't buy it.

I know this was not directed at me Hevusa but I have seen these illegals working in jobs Americans should have.

They do use others SS numbers to facilitate these illegal workers. As I know my own SS was used by a company reporting I had worked for them when I had not.

I have said this before I was question by the Social Security office about my work history. Since I owned my own company for twenty years it was pretty obvious this wage reporting was false.

My question is who is selling our SS numbers to these companies hiring illegal aliens?

As have I, Rod.

I used to work in a payroll department for a large Mexican Restaurant chain in California (Acapulco). We changed over our payroll system so that we started using the employee's SS number as their employee number. When we did that, we had at least 200 duplicates (out of app. 2000 employees).

At that time, we could only process the duplicates, and that isn't including the SS #'s that were fake or stolen.
