I can't wait until we minority white people get it in the ass when the current minorities come into power. We will be royally screwed then... revenge is a bitch.

I think you're forgetting that white priveledge is still a factor--no matter where you are in America.

I remember reading a case study in sociology last year:
A test was done to measure racism/classism on an institutional level in (I've forgotten which state, but it was a Northeastern state, I'll have to find another copy of it).
A white man and a white woman, a hispanic man and a hispanic woman, a black man and a black woman, were given three sets of attire: one set was dirty rags (lower class), one set was a pair of slacks and a polo shirt (middle class), and one set was a business suit (upper class).
Each man/woman of each color and class was given a stopwatch and told to walk into a store and time how long it took for an employee to offer assistance.

The results showed that the white man in business attire was offered assistance almost immediately and the mexican man in poorman's wear was never offered any assistance. I'll have to ask Mrs. Erickson for another copy of that case study, because I'd like you all to see the full results. Very interesting.

The point I'm trying to make is that it probably doesn't even matter whether or not white people are a minority in a handful of states. It doesn't mean that their skincolor isn't advantageous, because it certainly is--no matter how many hispanics there are compared to white people.

Personally, I think we (and the government) should treat everyone without race or color distinction. However, people tend to be afraid of others who are different, so the elimination of racisim seems doubtful.

It only seems doubtful if you believe it is doubtful. If people are raised not to distinguish people by race, then they will not do it. I don't believe people choose to be racist. I believe it happens in childhood when children and young teenagers are prone to believing stereotypes and then it becomes ingrained in their head. It's harder to reverse that thinking than it is to raise someone from the start not to believe such things.

The key to eliminating racism is to make it so there is only one race... I am doing my part are you?
