No, most don't have malicious intent, but they ARE breaking the law and they ARE draining resources from the citizenry. Some hospitals in areas where illegals cross have come near bankruptcy because of the number of people that use their services and never pay the bill. (Anbd you can't exactly sue an illegal alien.)

Also, it isn't fair to the people that do go through the aggrevation to come here legally.
