I made it a point to illustrate that race isn't an issue in regards to crime. Everybody has the potential for good, but you can get stomped by someone German, Irish, Italian, black, white, latino, native american, or asian. As long as they have a foot to grind your face into the street it doesn't matter what race they are.

And I've got about six college credits so far, two from St. Thomas Aquinas College and three from Syracuse University, from advanced programs at my school and, before graduation, plan on getting seven more, all from Syracuse. I can't teach, but I can sure as hell maintain a 4.1 GPA (my school uses a 4.76 maximum scale, but only geniuses and workaholics get all the way to the top).

If you'd hit the guy you aimed the starter gun at, it might have been aggravated assault or negligent manslaughter. Count yourself lucky if you didn't like the guy, because then it would be first degree murder. I'd go into civil charges, but I'm hungry and it's time for dinner.
