How badly is it hurting american citizens? What is the point of talking about an issue for 20 years while doing absolutely nothing?

I admit it.
I'm not a person in charge of it.

I *do* think we have to deal logically witht he ones who are already here - we could never physically nor financially afford hunting down, trying, doing the paperwork and transporting millions of people out of the country.

That DOESN'T mean I believe we should just have an open revolving door on our borders.

We have to deal with what we have - and we should. But at the same time TIGHTEN the borders. If you have no money and/or no marketable skills, frankly, we don't need you...and, more importantly, can't AFFORD you.
