1) Your name is Todd, but you post on the site as "onthefence". Did you choose that name in reference to your stance as a political moderate, or because you were "on the fence" about the site when you started?

It is a definite reference to my political stance. I go left or right depending on the issue.

Very nice interview, and yeah, it's unfair that the Scouts get a bad rap for the beliefs of a few bigots in the organization who happen to be up top.

Sorry, got to reading this a little late. Scouting is great and I was a brownie, but the town kept changing the organizations we had every year, and much later, I was a co-den mother and assistant daisy scout master for a year. It was a lot of fun. I'm glad to hear you're enjoying scouting too.
