Thank you... I will never censor someone for expressing their opinions that they are entitled to in a civil manner. He is not directly attacking, or offending any board members, so he's free to continue spewing his hate messages. While his views may be offensive, they are not intended to offend... if that makes sense...

Humans are animals, they can be filthy, they can be diseased, they can be violent, and yes...they can defecate in their beds.

It's extremely unhelpful to argue in favor of cruelty to life because the only solution to the problem is supposedly "more cruel" when really it's just artificial selection which humans do quite well to protect their livestock from harm. And I've already conceded the best implementation of the program is to be voluntary through education etc.

So far, you've given any and all credit of anything 'good' to the whites. There are educated, concerned blacks in that country I'm sure...My concern is, you seem oblivious of it and try to share a message that there isn't. Not to mention, give all that credit to a race you perfer over another.
No I'd say more power to them, in fact the whole concept I am pushing is giving them a leg-up to actually doing this. It's hard to better your community when it's over crowded and impoverished.

Population control then isn't the solution. Giving them equal access to education, property, and financial resources is the way to go. But as long as they are kept segrated and treated inequally, so will the problems continue to worsen.

Every one of the citizens of Africa (that's both black and white) have the potential to do great things. If they have the education to show them how to improve their lives, the medical access to physically make their lives better, and the financial resources to provide a better life as well, the sky is the limit in possibilities.

The segration isn't accomplishing this, because it's making more poor while fattening the pockets of the rich. And the rich are exploting those that are poor why putting the responsibility of the problems that have risen on those very same shoulders.

Segration created the problem. And is what's enabling the raping of it's people to continue.

No you can't this is rediculous.

Over population is over population it reduces the standards of everything. Per capita is lower. I'm sick of hearing such a trash argument - no where in the world is public education more free and available than in Africa. Hasn't worked yet.

Children in all corners of the continent are able to go to schools even if they are far removed from "civilisation".

Education creates ingenuity and industriousness. Those creates jobs. Jobs stimulate the economy, which leads to more jobs. That's a very common truth, and it's part of what drove us as a civilization to advance. Without knowledge, you can't do anything. You're completely ignorant to say otherwise.

Did you even read what I said about Japan? If you want to talk about overpopulation go visit Tokyo, where people literally have to be crammed into each subway car like sardines. Worse, they have few domestic resources and must rely on manufacturing and trade. Still, they have a very high standard of living and GDP, and remain an economic powerhouse, even rivaling the United States. So don't complain about overcrowding. What's more, their education system is very rigorous (in fact too rigorous if you ask me) but it apparently gets the job done. The only thing they need to improve is encouraging innovation.

As I said to him before, visit Tokyo. Clean city, good food, and astonishing beauty, yet crowded as hell. I've never ben but it's on my list of places I want to go.
