It took me about 12 hours, so I figure about $20 an hour for my labor, plus about $75 for materials. I'm going to try to get $300 for it. If I don't, then it's the perfect wedding present...LOL

It could be hung in the window as a sun-catcher, could it not be? Again, wonderful work.

That is actually what it's made for. Some people don't want to put curtains on their windows, but want something there.

I have a pair of sun-catchers at home, Knotty.

I think it's a bargain at $300. Packaging and shipping might be a challenge.

Still it's a cracking piece of work Dee.

I have a window that would look beautiful in. Too bad I'm too damned cheap to invest $300 dollars in a sun-catcher.
Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.

You have to see it in person to really appreciate it.

It's really quite large and has a total of 92 pieces, each foiled by hand. That took the longest, about 5 hours to foil it.

My two sisters would love to have something like that.

Oh. I have no doubt that it is well worth the price. Truthfully, I was expecting you to say more like $500. The person who buys it will be getting a bargain.

I love that you used copper foil. It is fitting with the sunflower theme.

I'm not usually "in" to the artsy sort of stuff, but wow, that's pretty awesome.

If I had $300 to spare, I'd buy it.
