Oh my! I can see we are going to have some interesting conversations. That is one of those comparisons I'll never get. The main reason so many of us Conservatives can't stand McCain is because of him being a burr in the side of the Bush Administration the last 7 1/2 years.

Funny Cheers story:
The day before my 25th Birthday we went into "town" hit a few bars and and then decided to hit Cheers. Of course there was someone at the door checking ID's he took one look at me then my ID and said "sorry dude you got one more day, come back at midnight". I said you better take a closer look at that date. He's now "todays the 25th your birthday is the 26th nice try." I had to tell him to look at the year and then had to help him with the math. Once he realized I was going to be 25 tomorrow he laughed his ass off. He came in and got us a round after his turn on the door.

Lucky you that you got some free beer. I had a Sam Adams. I wished that Tom Babson would have paid for that. LOL
