yeah, i guess they feel that we could work on each others equipment, so instead having to administer two different rates, now they will have to manage just one. Hopefully it will open advancement up a bit.

A few IC's will go to EM, it just depends on their NEC*, I'll definitly be an ET.


*Navy Enlisted Classification- it's a code attached to the schooling you have received. It helps the Navy decide where to send with you certain skill set.
