I have alway's loved the way the English smatter un-needed u's and e's throughout their words. When I was on vacation in Barbados last year I was giggling as I read the news paper, because all the extra letters slowed down my already slow comprehension rate.
yea seriously, wouldnt flavour be pronounced it flavOUR like all english speakers prounce OUR as in OUR hamburgers werent as good as yesterdays hotdogs??
