They are from right here in (Athens) Georgia. . . they've been around since the late 80's. Genre? I'd put them in the same category as certain jam/improv rock bands like Phish or The Grateful Dead. . . However, I think that you have to hear them to decide, as I don't think their music really falls into any category (other than "eclectic" rock). . .

Kind of a southern rock jam band, I saw them at a bar in Charleston SC.....maybe 1988-9ish what teh ell was the name of that bar?!?! Mishkin's maybe? been a long time I wonder if it's still there.....
